The Careers in Clean Economy Event is created in partnership with Re_generation, a Canadian youth-led nonprofit dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders to reimagine how the economy can better support human and ecological well-being. Our three-hour event features an engaging panel discussion, a light lunch and snack intermission, and a networking session.

Our panel discussion connects students passionate about social impact with experienced professionals within the sustainability industry, where they gain invaluable insights regarding the future of sustainability and the work being done within the field.

Past speakers have come from various impactful organizations, including Clean Energy Canada, Sustainable Kingston, Nature Conservancy Canada, and the Institute for Sustainable Finance at Smith School of Business.

Our Just-In-Time Hiring Event is dedicated to inspiring and informing delegates of opportunities to leverage their skillsets while actively making a positive impact.

Attendees can expect an insightful panel consisting of students with firsthand experience working in social impact centered roles and internships, as well as hearing insights from a career coach from Smith School of Business's Career Advancement Council regarding navigating the space of social impact centered work.
